Big girth and implant

Hey everybody!

What are your experiences regarding girth after the implant ?

Has anyone kept their girth from before the surgery ?
I am only talking about the girth that the implant provides, so without blood flow.

Often it is not clear to me if people who write in entries that they have kept their girth, refer only to the activation of the implant or to the activation plus blood flow.

Lost girth with AMS. From 6 before surgery to 5 1/2 18 months later.

Had I known that would happen, would it have changed my decision? Hell no! Going bionic was great and my only regret remains I didn’t have it done sooner.

Then again, my view may be influenced by the fact that a cock 5 1/2” thick is still a pretty decent size and there are lots of things you can do and my wife isn’t likely to say “is it in yet?” Do I wish I still had a 6” thick beast? Sure. But in the big scheme of things having a good erection is vastly more important.

The doc talked a lot about loss of length before surgery (it all came back except 1/4”, no biggie) but he didn’t talk girth too much. I think this is pretty common with AMS equipment on girrhier guys and less so with Titan.

You might be jumping the gun, at one week your penis is probably swollen. But I hope it holds out for you.

The OP mentioned Implant + Blood, I don't think this can happen. I do wake up in the night with a firmer dick then I left it, but then it goes back to deflated state. So there is a blood component there, but if your implant is inflated I don't think there is anywhere for the blood to go to. I would think your implant was filling the entire corpus.

I was just over 6" girth before my AMS CX implant. I'm just slightly under 6, 3 mos out.

6 months after implant less girth than before implant. No blood flow at all. I am yet to measure any gains in girth as yet. I would however have the implant again in a heartbeat.

I lost about 2 centimeters in girth—and more importantly roundness. Before surgery my glans and all spongy tissue in the penis enlarged. Now, my glans enlarges somewhat but the tissue around the urethra does not. So losing girth for me is more about losing shape.

Would I do it again? Yes, but only because pills were no longer working. I do not feel sexy with this penis. So, without arousal and blood flow, I would expect your penis to look flatter and feel like hard plastic.

Dr. Eid has a video on You Tube discussing the limitations of implants on men with wide penises. Additionally, if you look at his web site, many penises look quite flat from the side. I thought it was because they were men in their 70s but it is because the bottom cavernosa is not engorged.

When I look down at my pumped up dick, I'm happy with what I see.

I didn't measure my penis prior to surgery, so I don't know if I gained or lost any girth.

What I do know is that I now have a reliable hard on. And that's what's most important to me and my wife. She hasn't said anything about my size and seems very happy with what I have.

I do think that when I'm aroused, I gain a little length and girth on top of what the implant provides.

You do have separate nerves that will engorge your glans and bulk up your penis. They are separate nerves from your erection nerves. Lost most of mine during the RP surgery. Glans and sensitivity is slowly coming back.
