Sensitive Gland

I had the AMS 700 LGX installed on May 10, 2021. I got a small infection at the incision which cleared up with a round of antibiotics. Went home the same day and took Narco for a couple of days. Pain was not too bad and lessened daily. Doc pumped it up at six weeks and it worked. I can get about nine pumps which produces a firm erection that works but it does droop a little. I've only tried it out once (in various positions) and had no pain, no problems, but also, no joy. I understand that ejaculation may take some time to work. My only concern right now is the gland (head of the penis) stays so sensitive that it can be very uncomfortable to just to wear underwear. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, does it ever return to normal?

My glans was sensitive to pressure for about 6 months. Made getting oral sex a bit uncomfortable (would kind of jump when I hit the back of their throat). The healing process was about 6-8 months for me in general...everything got more and more comfortable over that time: the pump, the tips, the reservoir, etc.

You just had a surgery that caused trauma to a very sensitive area of your body...Give yourself time to heal.

I was super sensitive for 3 months. May I suggest getting David Archy underwear from amazon. They are made from bamboo that feels like silk. I wear nothing else now. Some folks use a baby sock for comfort.
