Folks this is my biggest concern. I am 5.75 and expanding still after implant. I could not maintain erections pretty much 70% of time.

Your size is normal so you shouldnt worry about that. As far as dating - im not sure what you want to know but i just date as normal. For me there was no reason to tell my date that i have an implant.
In fact ive been with my current girlfriend for 18 months and only told her about the implant after 12 months.

I'm fairly sure that your worst experience is going to be light years ahead of dating with a limpish dick. You just need your confidence built up a bit. Any chance that your cousin could help you with his experiences? If not, a few months packing a working dick around should work wonders for your mind. I was struggling of thinking how I could get through 3x without telling them. Having to go to the bathroom to pump before sex everytime? Then to deflate again? For 12 months...

My pump is so squeeky, there is no way I could do it during foreplay or through a pocket without her hearing.

If I was getting a BJ, she would likely see or feel the pump, although I did figure its easy to just say you don't want your balls played with.
