AMS 700 LGX Pumping Over Time

I have had my AMS 700 LGX now for six years. When I first started using it I could only pump about 8 to 10 times before the aching got to me. Over time that improved a lot and I increased the number of pumps up to about 18 to 20. In the last six months the aching at the 18 to 20 pumps has gone away and now I am pumping up to 30 times and these are almost full pumps. The tubes have definitely protruded further into the glans and I have gained length. I believe that I must have gotten through some scar tissue or something that was causing the aching at the lower pumps as the aching was always coming from the right tube and not the left. Just wondering if others are pumping as much. I was told when I first got my implant that you can pump all you want and not to worry about causing any problems with the implant.

Unless you are strong enough to generate enough pressure to blow out the implant or the tubing connections, tear a cylinder, or tear the tunica ??? with the pressure you can exert on the pump all you can do is make yourself uncomfortable with too much pumping. The increasing back pressure on the pump bulb tells you that you are getting near the limit and when you can't squeeze it any longer you have reached the max.

Aren't the laws of physics nice, especially when you consider the only pressure you can generate is the squeezing force you can exert on the bulb.

Depending on how slowly I pump I usually pump at least 25 and up to 35 plus pumps. I have an AMS CX so assume since yours also expands in length that your assumption you may have stretched beyond some restrictive scar. I also figure the size of the cylinders makes a difference since same size pump to pump up different size cylinders the longer the cylinders the more pumps. Mine are 21 cm long.

Did you get good girth over time? I have the same model. Been cycling for less than a week so still hurts if I go too far, but I'm getting more pumps each day. But girth-wise, I already see improvement from 5 days ago. This thing sure does get stiff

Girth continues to improve. Up to 5 1/4 mid shaft and 5 1/2 base. I was 5 1/2 or more with injections before surgery. Continues to get larger. 3 months yesterday since surgery. Cant believe I have fixed an issue I have had since my teens. My wife is very happy as well. No pain now.

Slayer the number of pumps before implant is hard would depend on the size of the implant and how deflated it is when you start pumping. If I just push the delate button and let implant deflate on its own i only need to pump half as much versus if I squeeze and bend the implant until the cylinders are flat and empty. Especially early on I have been told it is important to be sure to have the implant completely deflated for periods of time and thus the reservoir totally full to make sure the reservoir space is maintained as it heals just like inflating the penis cylinders is important when the doc says ok.
