Natural Pregnancy with implant.

Is there anyone who was able to have kids naturally after being implanted? I heard some people have been able to impregnate their girlfriends or wives after getting a penile implant. I want to hear from people who have personally experienced that.

There is absolutely no reason for not being able to father children after an implant. Everything is still the same-just better!
