Almost 7" girth, considering Titan, have girth question

Postby Chervenm » Thu Aug 19, 2021 11:36 pm

I've recently graduated from ridiculously high strength and dosage trimix to a standard quadmix with decent results, however due to venous leakage I lose my erection when on my back and when changing positions. I'm considering a Titan implant. I'm average length, but almost 7" girth..I didn't realize that was thicker than most until recently. Anyone have experience with similar girth before a Titan implant? Did it result in less or equal girth?

Thanks much.

My understanding is you'll lose a little, but will still be way above average. I'm in a similar boat and am 8 days post-op.

Thanks, hope all goes well, would you mind updating me once you heal up and are back in action?

Thanks much,
Mike

I was 6.7" inches in girth before the implant. Post-implant, I'm 5.7", so I lost an inch. But my large girth before was probably related to having a weak tunica. It seems my dick was slowing getting wider (and ever more difficult to get hard) over time. This may or may not be relevant to your case.

Chervenm,

Perhaps I'm the exception to the Titan length and girth thing, BUT post-implant I gained in both areas. Pre-implant I did use a VED for 6 weeks, per the doctors instructions. I'm 2+ years post-implant and there has been NO change in either measurement.

8/25 will be my first anniversary of being bionic. I'm down from 8" x 6.5" pre-implant to 7" x 5.75" currently. From my top-down vantage point, girth looks the same due to my new flatter profile instead of the prior roundness. For me, the tradeoff was acceptable given the superpower-like on-demand functionality & no more needles! My wife actually prefers the new smaller version as it allows much more fun for her before soreness becomes an issue.

Def lost girth even though I had girth to begin with. I think they must hollow out your penis and insert the implant so you loose girth and size. Good news is thru cycling I’m about six months out and I’ve seen some girth gains but not back to normal. I spoke with doc about my concern and in a few years in going from a 20 cc titan to a 22 cc . The reason they can’t do the bigger one first is your tunica skin has to stretch to fit the other implant. Remember your eréctil vessels have been removed and replaced with cylinders that inflate. I’ve even thought about getting some fat implant to increase my girth as well. Best of luck!

It seems like everyone with a lot of girth loses girth with the Titan.
There are some men here who have an AMS who gain girth even though they had a lot to begin with.

Is that observation valid ?

I was above 7" in girth before surgery and did lose some of it. Your experience may be different depending of your anatomy. The Titan offers the most girth you can get is my understanding. Hakky put an XL in me and you will probably need that also. The girth I lost is worth the hard dick. Like you said you're still going to be well above average in girth.
