Re: Dr. recommendations for MASS or RI?
I am from RI and I went to Dr. Eid in NYC. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I did see Dr Mark Sigman at the Mens Health Center at Miriam Hospital, but decided to travel to NY and go with the most experience available. Dr. Eid is fantastic and his staff is wonderful. This is all they do and they do it really well. PM me if you need any additional info or if I can help in any way...

Re: Dr. recommendations for MASS or RI?
I went back to Boston in Sept. 2012 to help a friend of mine out when he had his implant done. The doctor was one of the most incredible that I have ever encountered and his entire staff was the same. They did many tests beforehand, including the doppler and other necessary tests. He even had a psychotherapist involved beforehand. The doctor showed us the Coloplast TItan, his preference for my friend (even tho I had the AMS LGX installed). It was very enlightening to hold, touch, feel and inflate and deflate the product to get a clear picture of what it would be like and how it truly operates. The operation was performed and it was the cleanest surgery I have EVER seen. The doctor even went to far as to cut off the "turkey neck" connecting my friend's scrotum and penis to give the penis a lot more length.
Healing was super easy because the operation was so wickedly "clean" and my friend never really experienced much of the pain that so many others of us here at FT have experienced after surgeries. To top everything off: When the final bill arrived, the total was just a few dollars over $15,000. My friend had insurance to cover the tab but I know that this amount is far less than many other doctors charge. When I asked the doctor why this price? He said that is all that is necessary to charge for the time spent. I think that Boston University is a learning university so many students came to see my friend after the operation to check on the job and the progress. This may also be a factor in the final price. I might add that the facility is super clean and very very modern.
This doctor performs anywhere from 10-25 surgeries per week and answered any and all questions from both of us with kindness and patience. My friend said "i guess I should stop asking questions and let you get on with it" and the doctor answered "this is your time so ask anything that you'd like" I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN!

You're in Mass/Rhode Island? There's no question, go to Dr. Andrew Kramer at University of Maryland. Does the best operation, nicest guy in the world.
I'm a prostate CA patient, had a prostatectomy, then a Titan/Coloplast implant done. Researched extensively where to go for my implant. Consider going to Baltimore- that's my advice. TR
