Hi guys 4 weeks today I was operated on. Recovery has been good, not much pain, more discomfort if anything.
But one thing I am very upset about is the size lost
My penis used to have a curve but now it’s straight
Cylinders seem rightly sized can feel them just under the head when pumped
But my god this thing is small
Please advise me on How I can try and regain even a little bit more size?
It just about fits in my whole hand
Happy about everything else, went fine
Just not the size

Hey Azz
Loss is common despite what others will say, are you cycling? I’ve gained back an inch or better an hour in the morning and an hour before bed. It’s coming along. Went in with 6X5 came out with 5x5 after nearly 4 month delay I was 4.5X5 but now with lots of cycling im back to 5.6 x5 and its still stretching. Its not lost just needs the work, I also once a week VED lightly to make sure its all moving in the right direction. The cycling vid by Dr Clavell was the best I’ve seen for tips on getting the most.
Good luck bud

Thanks for the reply cbinspok
What exactly do you mean by cycling in the morning and night?
You pump up and leave it erect for an hour? Is that what you mean
And can you please send me the link for this Dr Clavell video
Thanks so much

We're in the same boat. I began cycling recently so I'm hoping to get an inch or so back. One thing I noticed, when aroused I become engorged and gain additional length and girth. Not quite where I was at pre-op..... I'm hopeful cycling will help.

Does that mean the cylinder ends are near the end of the head (glans), or nearly into the glans?
I hope it's not the latter.
It might help if we knew what implant and RTEs you have.
I'm no expert, just another guy who had the surgery, but it sounds like you were undersized.
I really don't know how any curvature would affect the final size.

I saw how people with AMS LGX conservates their congenital curvature of the penis due to the LGX is made with less rigid material than titan or AMS CX.

Re: 4 week post op update
At four weeks it is scarcely time to panic.
To be brutally honest, panic is not worthwhile 4 weeks, 4 months, or even four years into this grand adventure in implantland. It is what it is. But let me say this: with the passage of time, you will feel much more like “it is what it was.”
You may not see it but even at four weeks there can be some remnant swelling or a few last vestiges of areas still healing. You’re close to being like new, but aren’t there yet.
Your new bionic was installed and yes, it is not quite as big as the corporeal bodies that were ripped out in the process. When they were removed, it left a void. The doc filled that void with as much implant as would safely fit. Everybody wants a bigger dick but nobody really wants a cylinder to erode and pop out thru the glans during a particularly vigorous thrust. During healing scar tissue has formed and some shrinkage has accompanied it.
So what’s a guy to do?
Cycle. And then cycle some more. Inflating those cylinders busts up scar tissue and stretches everything out. You don’t get it back in a single session. In fact it’s kind of an agonizingly slow process. But it does come back.
I have the AMS LGX. I saw most of my length come back between 6 and 12 months. Other guys report different patterns. Nobody’s exactly the same. Even at 20 months I’m doing this, because I can feel the stretch when really pumped up and truthfully, knowing what it’s doing makes it feel good.
Very few, if any guys, report they end up with more than they had. More than a few have to get a larger implant if and when they go in for a revision.
So as much as it pains me to tell you the truth, get started pumping once the doc says it’s okay. I doubt seriously that it stays small. The gains will be gradual and slow so be ready for that. Honest, at 4 weeks I was sort of “oh crap, this is the trade off I made for being able to have erections, but crap….” At a year and a half, I’ll pump it up and admire it in a full length mirror and think “God, I may be 65 but that’s a big but not huge, good looking cock on a ripped, studly 65 year old. His wife sure is lucky”
Seriously, it’s tough to be patient and give it time but this is one time you have no choice but to do just that. Good luck.
