The total bill to my insurance was 55k. My doctor wouldn't do the surgery without insurance coverage.

Seems for the most part insurance is involved.
I am sure, as I have seen, some payed cash...ouch!

Paid cash for mine last April, right at $17k in Indy.
60 yrs old. Prostate cancer diagnosed 2017, prostatectomy Dec. 2017. Ed following surgery, pills, VED, shots with so so results. Implanted by Dr. Alex Tatem, Indianapolis on 4/28/2021 with Titan 18 cm with 1 RTE

24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction :roll:

I paid 24K to Dr. Kramer for mine. So mad insurances won't cover these things for a lot of us.
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

If you paid for one time cash , do you have to pay for post-op visits?

Paid $25000 and it was worth every penny. I just wish I have done it years ago!
