Tubing and reservoir protrusion

I will be getting a Coloplast Titan 20cm. performed by Dr. Eid in a couple months.
Last week on my visit with him, he said that due to my muscular leanness, the tubing will be able to be felt. He did not mention anything about the reservoir, but I am thinking that due to the size of it, that it may protrude and be visible as well.
Is there anyone here that can relate to this issue?
I am concerned that women I am intimate with, as they run their hands on me, will feel the apparatus.

dr Eid will place the reservoir well with in your abdomen, no worries, I've been their, my dr changed the way he does the reservoirs because of my experience he told me thin guys need more attention. Dr Eid knows this, you'll be fine. good luck

Your lower BMI, like mine, won't make the reservoir more noticeable. The tubing on the other hand might be noticeable at the entrance point from the pubis to the penis shaft. If you are a grower you will become a shower. It's just the way it works. The cylinders, inserted in the penis shaft, have a size even when deflated. So, if you want the cylinders to be less noticeable, inflating will reduce the outline and make a fuller looking penis. You'll just look like your hung without revealing the nature of your bulk.
