I am hoping he doesn't have to, but if he does I hope it works out. I don't want to have to do a glanspexy but if I do then it is what it is. What would the traction benefit? I am not familiar with it. He seems to think I will potentially end up with 24cm which if I remember anything 22cm and up is automatically an XL right? He said he does not like to use RTE if possible.

I have a 22cm which I believe is the largest non-XL Titan. That would make sense as I'm slightly above average but certainly not "hung." Titan XL starts at 24cm. That's my goal when revision time comes around, which I hope is a long ass way down the road.

If you truly have detached glans then traction would only make it worse. But essentially a person can do traction between implant revisions to significantly increase the length of the installed cylinders.

Yes, making it to 24cm Titan gives the XL girth of ~6 inches.

Hey buddy I have recently joined, unfortunately after my original implant. I'm Scheduled for revision with Hakky on the 9th the week before you it looks like. Anyway I saw you are from out of town, I've lived in Atlanta all my life and my GF has an apartment 5 minutes from the hospital where he does surgery in Lawrenceville. I was going to offer some help especially right after surgery if needed? Let me know

Why are you all guys facing so many issues with your implants?

i def think it has to do with the surgeons. generally when using Eid, Clavell, Hakky, or Kramer there are very few issues if any. The rest is pretty much a coin toss and people try to cope.

Do some research. Lots of implants installed every year. At least in North America. When a man has trouble with his implant. First thing he does is start searching the internet. He finds FrankTalk & joins. What you see here is a a repository for men that have issues, looking to learn about implants or men that would like to help others. So many posts will be men with implant issues & men having a hard time accepting that an implant is a good viable solution once he has gotten to the end of other medical options.
Of course there are other discussions about surgeon selection & payment options in the USA. But other countries have problems along those lines also.

Yep, do some homework.
With me, I did have some issues, but also, if I had found FT BEFORE my surgeries, I would have put things off, asked more questions, etc.
Just picked up a hint on getting my length and girth back, but that is another story.
My point is, FT is not all about problems. We are all built differently, different healing rates, etc.
ViaSwiss, your comment about the rods going (growing) into your glans, sounds logical to me, but I am not a Dr.
Patience, patience, patience....I was so freakin' sensitive whenever I wore underwear, that I went commando for over a year, and did not have sex for over 7 months (solo, no problem, but actual fucking, getting a blowjob, out of the question).

I think I will need to be right at the 23 or 24cm cylinders. Will be interesting to see if I get the 24 because its XL. Doc will probably have to do some extra work to get my right corporal body to not portrude.
