I did my first cycling with the surgeon on the 18th Sept. I have been told to cycle once or twice daily. Is it ok if I dont do it everyday as it is monotonous and I cant use it on my gf yet.
I have the AMS LGX. How many pumps do you all give to make it fully erect to its maximum? I have no pain at all. I give around 7 and then give up.
Do any of you guys do the Perito exercice of Push and Pull. He claims it maxinises length and girth but I am kind scared to do it.
Any advice highly appreciated

Cycle that shit out of that thing. It's how you maximize your length and girth after an implant. It also speeds the healing process and helps your tissues acclimate to the foreign body now embedded inside you. It's 10-15 minutes twice a day. We're not talking hours here. If you're that pressed for time, do it during your morning and evening routines (e.g., showering, shaving, brushing teeth, etc.)
As for the Perito technique, he was my surgeon, and I've already noticed size gains from it one day short of five weeks out. But I, like most Peritoites, have a Titan. Its cylinders are made of a Bioflex polymer, not silicone. That is what allows them to expand uniformly when you bend and stretch them at full inflation. I'm not sure the technique is recommended for AMS devices. Luckily for you, the LGX is purported to expand in both length and girth on its own. But you definitely need to cycle it for that to happen.

You need to cycle! Do what they tell you to do.
The idea is that you cycle early, to prevent the scar tissue formation restricting the size of the implant. You can only do this by cycling, stretch it out. It will be sore/unpleasant, buts that's just tough.
You can avoid the pain and do nothing, but you may well have smaller penis as a result.
Up to you...
I am now on over 20 pumps but I'm coming up on 3 months post op.
I was less than 10 early on. The pump will get softer, the pain will disappear, you will grow, everything will get better....if you stick in and do things correctly, only if you do things correctly.
Discipline!

Can you explain the push and pull method?

Pump your implant up as far as it'll go, until you can't squeeze the bulb at all. Then grab the base of your dick with one hand and the top half of your shaft with the other. With one hand anchoring your dick base, bend your shaft several times in all four directions — left, right, up, down. Then try to give the implant one or two more pumps. If you're successful, repeat the process.
The idea is both to break up scar tissue (you might even hear a cracking sound or two) and to expand the polymer that forms the implant cylinders, allowing for expansion. Each additional pump you're able to produce puts another — my figures might be wrong so don't quote me on this — 2.5 cubic centimeters of fluid into the cylinders. Over time, according to Dr. Perito, and borne out by my experience thus far, this exercise will help you maximize your length and girth.
It should be stressed once again that Dr. Perito developed this exercise for Titan implantees, as he believes the polymer-based cylinders respond well to it. You should check with your own surgeon first if you have an AMS implant.
