Have you tried wearing dark pants. Or jeans,,,just a thought
Implanted on the 22/07/2021. AMS.CX 18cm /4cm rte was 5.5” pre implant lost no lenght still 5.5”

I agree 100%. If he and his wife are happy our opinions are just that, opinions. I've seen bigger bulges on guys who are not implanted. His is not obscene by any mean.

Like the bulge. Enjoy having the bulge. Women will be curious and men will be jealous!
56 nerve sparing radical cystectomy after diagnosis of Bladder cancer survivor, 2 yr plus. Pills and trimix did not work, VED Plus cialis, working for now. Interested in others experiences in getting implants.

I'll own the bulge with whatever I wear. I've never had one before until implant! Even in my stretch jeans you can see the outline of my shaft and head , it dont bother me.went to store with them on and was watching people to see if they notice and maybe one out of 50 people looked. I dont think anyone is interested in an old guys junk no more,lol. Im 4.5 " flaccid and have a bulge, take pride in what you got, show it with some discrete around grand kids.

If I wear tight Levi's like 527s, I definitely bulge. Loose 550 levis not so much. Then it just hangs down one leg or other.

Swimsuits are different all together. I wear loose board shorts and it is definitely hanging down one side or the other. I usually wear a t shirt over everything till I get to my lounge chair. When shirt is off you are hiding nothing. It bulges and hangs.

I just dress for what look I am going for. A night at a bar in Nashville with my wife. Its boots and the tight jeans. Walking around the mall not so much.

You can hide it if you want with clothe selection. I am proud of my bulge now and it is pretty noticeable if you look no matter what I wear. But I only enhance it if I choose to on what I am doing.

I have also been on the DC metro having my crotch stared at. I could care less there. At my granddaughters soccer game. You might notice it but I do not enhance it.

Dress for the effect you want. One positive side at the beach. I might be noticeable but at least it is not getting any bigger till I want it to. No matter what cute little things I see or bends over in front of me.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
