Implanting on December 14, 2021...Any Advice?

Good Day Guys,

I am to be implanted on December 14. Any advice on pre-implant: (Dr. Hakky in Atlanta, GA) (TITAN)
- underwear
-pain meds
- clothing before/after
- anything you can think of that I may not have considered.

Please feel free to provide advice at will... I am open and receptive!

My first implant was 4 years ago and just failed in August. I was implanted on Oct 25 with my new unit. I stayed with AMS CX. Initially my implant was 18cm plus 3 RTEs. This time it's 21cm with 2 RTEs.

My advice and you'll get a lot of opinions here. Is ice alot and wear a jock strap for 10 days or so. I got one that holds a cup also. The material seems more rigid. My first go around, I stopped wearing the jock after 3 days. No lie. My sack was as big as a grapefruit, it just kept swelling. Everything was black and blue. I was also instructed this time to have my dic pressed up against my stomach so less blood wouldn't pool there. My results this time around have been better. Much less swelling and bruising. My dick is almost back to normal pasty white with just a little swelling left. Sack is still pretty swollen, but I can wear levis without people staring at my package..lol

Stay ahead of the pain with meds, ice, ice, ice, jock strap and don't be too active for awhile. If you're on Oxy for pain, get some stool softener. You'll get blocked up fast.

I'm so glad to have my dick back and in a short time start using it again. When it failed, I was crushed.

Coming up on 2 years implanted. My advice is be ready to spend a few weeks on the couch. Most recommend bags of frozen peas for ice packs. The first few days underwear is going to be uncomfortable, a jock too tight. I bought satin boxers for night time. Boxer briefs for daytime with sweat pants, jeans hurt. Once doc clears you to take baths a hot bath is great to soak in to ease soreness and inflate/cycle.
Going in to the surgery make sure you ask doc any questions on your mind, don't hold back. They do this every day. Nothing they haven't heard once or a hundred times.

I was advised to use my VED daily to be fully stretched for surgery. I had no issues after surgery. Yep used ice and there was swelling but not black and blue like others and zero pain. I wish every one would have that success, Good look guys. You will love your new toy to play with.
