Squishing and sliding up and down on a stick

If your spongiosum engorges (this is the tissue in your glans and in your shaft OUTSIDE the Tunica) that would reduced the "sliding up and down on a stick" feeling.

The old oral medications can help engorge the spongiosum and that will keep your skin more stable than if the spongiosum is not engorged.

I have a gel trimix med that I can put in my gland that engorges it but still the shaft is loose. I really don’t feel any tissue in the shaft other than the cylinders. So it feels like skin on a stick. I tried not inflating as much but then it makes this squishy sound when penetrating! Especially if the position causes the implant to have a slight bend or friction.

what size cylinders do you have? what’s the brand and model? do the tips go to mid glans? if you’re fully pumped can you pull up on the glans? are the glans floppy?

I believe it 20 cc titan and típs go into gland. Gland is not floppy just soft without the gel.

I’m not familiar-What is gel trimix? And it’s by prescription?

Trimix gel is a prescription and is supplied from a compounding pharmacy. IT contains the same drugs as trimix injectable. It is applied with a syringe that inserts into the urethra. It is absorbed through the lining of the urethra. It increases blood flow to the glans and spomginaous. It also gives the dull trimix pain but not as sever.

Or does the rigidity of the IPP differ from a natural erection somehow in a way that changes its handling characteristics with certain positions?

Missionary position might not be comfortable as with a full erection, it points downwards. Putting a pillow below wife, makes the position comfier for her.

Thanks, AST. But I'm not quite sure what you mean. What do you mean by "full erection"? And what "points downwards"? Are you implying that this position is uncomfortable to you or your wife? Please clarify.

Because mine points straight at 3 O'clock, when I am on top, it will not bend upwards to penetrate in a horizontal direction. That is why using a pillow helps a lot. All other positions are good.

Oh, I understand now. Would it help for missionary if you inflated to a somewhat lesser extent in order to retain some more penile flexibility? Or would that not work?
