Hi any guys who have the implant on the nhs?
How long did you have to wait once you were on the waiting list?

@josephette has
26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

Hi, it's going to depend on how busy Urology is in your area.
Ive been told there's roughly 20 people ahead of me in Nottingham.
My urologist says he's no idea of wait times as he's only allowed to perform cancer operations atm because of rising covid infection rates.

Getting on the list is the tricky bit.
42 UK, Peyronie's plaques. No bending, just substandard functionality and some miss-shaping. Jumped through all the NHS hoops (various pills, VED, injections) finally getting implanted 04/10/22

I think i only had to wait 3 months.

I work in Scotland so had it there.

The surgeon that did my peyronies operation did the implant about 3 years later, but it was only 3 months after deciding to do it that actually happened.

Now everything has gone to pot with Covid so that short timescale would be impossible now.

Ian.
Started with Peyronies that resulted in a 90° angle.

Currently Boston Scientific AMS 700 LGX 22cm (18cm with extensions) 100ml reservoir. 25/10/2021

Previously: Rigicon 10 ax implant, with 22cm cylinders, 110ml reservoir. 10/05/2021 and attempted repair on 28/06/2021.
