Today's my three week's out day from a Titan OTR implant. I felt comfortable enough to give the bulb a few squeezes, and got some rigidity in the implant, but evidently can't figure out how to activate the release.
I'd appreciate any advice on how to get the OTR releasing. What sort of geometry is involved? What does it feel like when the release activates? Is there some sort of click or does the release just sink in? I'm not even sure that I'm pressing on the ends of the OTR instead of the sides. Any tips on how to work this thing would help.
It's almost amusing to go from ED to having a partial erection that won't go down. Almost, but not quite ....

wahkiacus,
The release buttons are located above the pump ball ... you should feel the two flat sides. Squeeze and hold the flat sides to deflate, you can also squeeze the shaft of the penis to remove all the fluid.
