What about difficulty/force required to compress the pump? People like myself with injured hands and low strength may add it as another variable to consider when making the decision between the two.

You need to let the Doctor know this.As you get more fluid in the cylinders the bulb gets harder to squeeze.In some cases they recommend a Malleable implant for those who can’t activate an inflatable implant.

I have AMS and happy with my implant. However, I believe that no (one size fits all). Every model has its pros and cons. Folks also have their preferences. If I am an IPP surgeon, I would put LGX for 18cm, CX for 21cm and Titan for more. Titan has the stiffness and girth needed for longer cylinders. LGX allows for gaining more length (as stated in the product description), and CX is a compromise between LGX and Titan.
