Any thoughts or opinions are welcome.

No you are not hallucinating. As long as he and any other doctor continues to practice there will be cases where there are problems. No one is perfect. But as in any surgery there are doctors who are much more skilled than others. Just as we are different and have different problems going into this. Like pro athletes having a few go to highly skilled surgeons for knee, elbow, or others. Kramer has had a lot of good results posted and is a high-volume surgeon. But he has had his share of men with problems post-surgery. I could go on and be more specific but that might just fuel the side discussion.

Sorry for the sidetrack of the thread. Seems most of us understand your meaning and question.

Thanks man I appreciate that. I’m scheduled to see Kramer again tomorrow. I’m very distressed as well and praying I do not have to do a complete revision. I can’t imagine having to go through this again in such a short period of time. I’ve dealt with peyronies for 5 years and I just want this all to be over with. I’ll update after my visit tomorrow

Please do, brother. I will say a little prayer for you!

One way or another, it’ll get rectified. Stay strong and this forum is here to support you.

Believing a 60 year old man can accurately describe or explain or even understand a single thing about the surgical components of an implant is wayyyy beyond ludicrous. A million biases here, it's entirely anecdotal information from people with zero medical training about how their dick feels post-op; believing any man who isn't a doctor himself can credibly report on the competence of the surgeon's performance is mind-bending to me.

tbh, if you all can't recognize that what some dude in his 60s tells you anecdotally on the internet about if Dr. Kramer did well on his dick surgery, then you hear that and see what others say about Dr. Kramer on the internet, if you think this information has an ounce of credibility I don't know what to tell you.

I'll stay away and only post in my recovery thread about regaining/gaining more size. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18385

Also, fyi, when you get your revision, don't follow Dr. Kramer's orders. If he tells you to cycle three times a day, do it 50 times. I am. It helps.

Bro, this repeated casual ageism from you is annoying.

I am sorry for offending anyone. I acknowledge it's wrong of me and will cut that back. Last week was re-prescribed Depakote, my mood stabilizers, could help. :) And it doesn't mean my advice is wrong.

Obviously only doctors are qualified to give proper medical advices. This is out of question.
But you don't have to be an engineer to say if your washing machine works fine, if your coffee machine is ok, if your car or whatever works. And yes, you can find stupid customers complaining of something which actually works, once instructions are followed. But when people refer to IPP satisfaction rate mean satisfaction rate from the point of view of the patient and their partner, not from the point of view of the surgeon.

I literally just said what I was expecting….. what did you not understand? I said i was expecting to be in pain which I have been, totally understandable after a major surgery. What I was expecting was to feel tubing at the base of my penis and in my sack and to also feel what sounds like water squishing around in the areas where I feel the tubing. From what I’ve gathered that is not common, so i was simply asking if other guys who’ve been implanted have experienced something similar. There is clearly not right and all I’m trying to figure out if this was a mistake made during the surgery what are the options to fix it. I am terrified of undergoing another surgery based on what I’ve gone through with this.

Create your own thread here on franktalk and tell us what Kramer will tell you tomorrow, maybe someone will be able to help. Also remember that is always better to hear a second opinion from another surgeon (sometimes for docs is hard to admit their own mistakes). With this being said Kramer has a good name for a reason so surely if he fucked up he will be also able to fix it

I wanted to stop in and congratulate everyone for contributing to the most highjacked thread I've seen yet on FT. Damn, no applauding emoji....

Ah, sorry for misinterpreting you, I do that often (well tbh. I just didn't read all you wrote - my bad).

About your worries, I'm not an expert in post-op implants, but I'd think it's way more likely you're very concerned for reasonable reasons but don't need to be. If any man gets some device shoved up his balls into his penis, he's gonna worry a whole lot about that.

Exactly one month ago I messaged someone who's had an implant on a different forum. I told him how worried I was that after pumping my dick wouldn't get any bigger or erect. I worried it'd always be that way.

Point being, it's more likely you're reasonably concerned (as any man would be), and much less likely there was a major surgical mistake and your implant needs corrected.

Incredibly naive to think all people of ANY profession are equally talented. Can't believe an adult with even a little life experience would think this. Not all athletes are equally talented, nor are doctors, lawyers, accountants, bricklayers, truck drivers, plumbers, CEOs, etc., etc. Also patients are often the best people to know if something is wrong with them following a medical procedure. I have corrected many doctors who have made mistakes, including prescribing the wrong medicine. This is all just Life 101.
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.
