Infrapubic VS Penoscrotal, Which did you have?

Would like to hear from guys that had one or the other.

1. Hows it working for you?

I really like my implant. My wife does also, but she won't say it.

I had infrapubic and healed quickly with no problem.I am 14 months out and no issues what so ever.Glad I chose it!

I had penoscrotal . I had peyronies and my urologist Mr Ralph in London said it was better for me in case he needed to do grafting once implant was fitted. Didn’t need grafting but he informed me I had floppy glands when he fitted implant but he performed a procedure on my glands at the same time & corrected it. Recovery was good with very little pain and Titan has sorted the curve

I had the infrapublic as my surgeon said that I would heal quicker with less pain. Recovery was about 6 weeks with lots of ice & an occasional hot bathtub. I only took pain pills for about a week. I was also instructed to keep pulling the pump down. I started activation of implant at about two weeks after surgery. Somewhat sore at first, but only had difficulty with pump seeming so hard to squeeze. Started holding a hot wash cloth on pump prior to squeezing pump which helps soften the pump. I didn’t have any activity issues to speak of. I am very satisfied with my AMS 700 LGX, & wish I had done it earlier in my life. Bailey

I had infrapubic in 2014, revision in 2017. In 2019 the reservoir dropped into my pubic pad and had it repaired. I had a tough time with infapubic. I really think scrotal would be a much quicker healing process with way less pain. AMS 700 CX 21cm with 2 RTE’s. Just my opinion, doesn’t have to be yours. I’m very happy with the results though. I lost a good inch with ED over the years. So I do good to get five inches out of mine.

I had penoscrotal 3 years ago. Incision was vertical about 2 inches. Scar doesn't show.
It is working well, but I don't have orgasms. Not that the approach would be different.
I had a lot of brusing, but I wonder if since mummy rap came loose some the afternoon of surgery and nurse completely unwrapped me. I swelled enough 3 days later to restrict urinating.
I didn't require narcotics at home and I was able to cycle starting at two weeks. Able to use it at 6 weeks.
I don't have any continuing pain or problems.
I have AMS LGX.
I, and my wife are glad I did it.
My question: With Infapubic, where does the tubes come out of penis? On top or bottom? I'm glad mine are on the bottom.

They come out of the pump from the scrotum, I assume just like a scrotal Incision. Could be wrong, I really don’t feel the tubing unless I dig for it.

They come out on top as opposed to the bottom for penoscrotal. Then go down around the base of the penis to the pump in the scrotum.
