A chronicle of my efforts to regain and increase the size of my penis following the implant of my AMS 700 LGX

Do you mind sharing your routine? E.g. how many hours per day/week you’re inflating to x%, how many hours per day/week you’re using the VED, how many hours per day/week you’re stretching and what stretches you’re doing?

Your dick is larger than the advertised size of most implant devices and has already grown an incredible amount from the initial post-surgery size. Is it possible you’ve reached the limit of your current implant and the implant simply won’t stretch any farther? What gives you confidence that the implant has more room to grow?

For routine, I don't have one in terms of hours/weeks. I have the benefit I'm sure many of you don't have in that I live by myself and also never really have much to do. So I haven't worn pants or underwear since the implant was activated. My routine is doing it as much as I think to do it.

Well tbh I don't have a ton of confidence, lol. My urologist is very aware of my size and said I would. This research I posted earlier mentions a year of VED use and I'm only 3 months in so it's my assumption that regaining size takes longer than that. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18561&p=169469#p169469

As far as the size of my implant can't stretch anymore, well I'm a lot less confident of it now, lol. I do know my girth at 5" is still smaller than expected, and there have been times I get it very hard, the most pumps I could, and I measure maybe 8.2", so I assume it's not done. These very well might be false assumptions, but it's what I'm thinking.

[Also, whew, 30 minutes after writing this I talked to my patient liaison lady and she informed me how that's not how these devices work. Memory isn't good enough to explain it well, but something like the size of my tunica and the internal parts of my penis are the length, the size of the device itself doesn't determine my exact penis size. It's my exact penis that does.]

Never really considered device size but I'm sure it's a factor. Appreciate you letting me know.

You shouldn't feel a lack of confidence, you're, what 1/2 inch shy of your previous maximum erection, but orders of standard deviations above the average length, and have rock hard erection quality.

The erection quality matters most, don't overthink your situation.

This is what scares me. Mine is NOT. I'm a real grower, not even a shower. LOL He gets to 3.5 stretched by URO but hits 5.75 erect, 6 bone pressed in, and 6.25 in a VED. If an implant brings me to only 3.5 stretched, oh man....

This is true.

Research studies of implants have been consistent that implants are resulting in increased penis sizes.

The most common patient complaint is losing penis size. It shouldn't be. I think, but don't know, it's possible that many patients correctly followed the advice of the doctor but at the same time very, very incorrectly followed the advice.

If a doctor or the brochures told you to cycle 3 times a day for a few minutes, that is not the correct approach. It was to do it 100 times a day.

This is about getting your dick back and maybe bigger. It's something to requires more effort.

It's really important for all men getting implants to put in some serious effort.

Many, many men with severe erectile dysfunction problems are refusing to get an implant out of fear of size losses. Implants make your dick smaller. What man would ever want that.

If people can report modern implants can not only solve your ED but at the same time give you a bigger dick, a whole lot of those men book an appointment with their urologist ASAP. It will improve their quality of life, significantly.

I don't know if I will regain my size or get bigger. I am worried that I won't. I am nervous. But I'm gonna try my best to make it happen.

February 2nd (8.3"x5.5"): My length has improved. This is good! And I think I have a lot to thank to frwmw1 for mentioning stretched flaccid. Honestly, thank you. I was stretching often a while ago but I think since getting VED I've been neglecting it thinking I didn't need to. I believe I was wrong.

My stretched flaccid length measured at 8.5". My 8.3" erection was definitely not a maximum erection since the pump would not fill up entirely, but it now has room to grow.

Great thing about my erections - after the last several days of stretching, there's more tension and my penis feels harder, almost a little uncomfortable. It used to be like that when my size was progressing nicely. I'd exercise it a lot, then after inflating later, everything felt like it was trying to expand. Not that I know anything but it makes sense that stretching would be helpful. We're giving everything in there some room to grow back.

What I'll be doing: I will keep stretching often and more aggressively, using my VED often, and basically pulling and squeezing and bending with every chance I get. Been my experience that doing it rough and feeling a little pain leads to promising results.

My girth is still 5.5". This concerns me. But we'll see.

Unsure why you think your stretched flaccid length being longer means anything whatsoever about the overall penis sizes of all men.

I'm about to go to work but I'll later post medical studies of patients who have shorter stretched flaccid lengths than erect lengths for many patients. This isn't only because of ED - curvatures and slopes effect stretched flaccid lengths and I believe lots of other things.
