Erotic electro stim with Implant

I use electro stim to achieve orgasm. If you are not familiar with this check Wikipedia on this subject. I wonder if it would be a problem to continue using electro stim with an implant. I do not achieve orgasm from normal sex and doubt that orgasm would return even with a better erection from implant. Does anyone have experience with using electro stim? It involves the flow of a small electrical current between an electrode at the head and another at the base of the penis.
