I’m about 11 months post-op. I am aware of it constantly. The cold weather this winter has had my balls pulled tight to my body which irritates the tubing from pump to reservoir, so my crotch feels delicate—maybe the wrong word, but the area at the bottom of my shaft is “puffier”, maybe because I haven’t exercised since autumn. But exercising is difficult too, I can’t squat like I used to, certain yoga poses are uncomfortable. I definitely don’t feel as limber as I used to.

I have a titan “dog ear” which doesn’t cause discomfort anymore but it doesn’t look good.

My surgery went great, I healed fine, I can have sex now which is great. But the rest of the time I don’t like it. Some days I wish I could turn off the part of my brain that thinks about sex because then I’d just have the implant removed and focus on other stuff in life. Oh well

The titan cylinders are pretty stiff when new, so when the penis is deflated and bending down, part of the penis looks like a hose with a kink in it, or a dog’s ear flapped over, hence the term

Sex is better. Stronger orgasms, absolute confidence, can continue after ejaculation as long as girl friend can handle. She has multiple orgasms every time. She’s 14 years younger than I and loves the idea that my penis will never grow old.
You’ll have doubts and issues at first but in less than a year you’ll love it. best decision I ever made.

Almost forgot, if she brings her girl friend along to “show” her. No worries, you’ll be ready to handle her too.

99, does that denote your year of birth?

Haha, just turned 60.

1. Hows does it generally feel in deflated state? I mean are you always aware of it's presence? Any ongoing pain or discomfort? How is exercise? Bike riding, etc?
At 11 days out, feels very natural -- when I am aware of it, it feels good -- zero ongoing pain/discomfort. I have already been cleared for exercise biking with noseless
seat
2. How long did it take you to get used to it?
Feel used to it already
3. does sex feel that same? Better? Worse? Different?
Have only masturbated so far -- feels the same (great)
4. Is it wort it? Would you do it again?
in a heartbeat!
5. Any regrets?
Lost a bit of length, but it's rock hard -- worth the tradeoff

Happy to respond to any questions
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I am almost 2 months out, and it feels natural and a part of me. I am aware of it because I enjoy the increased fullness and length in a flaccid state, and it provides an instant, on-demand erection. I would not hesitate to do it again, and wish I had done it much earlier. I do have to adjust my scrotum at times when sitting, but that's not a problem.

Haha, born 1961. I'm 60 and in great physical shape. Women think I'm early 50s. Girlfriend is 46.
