Met with the surgeon this morning, and got booked and am ready to go!
Any advice on what I should be doing in the two weeks before surgery, things I should bring with me to the hospital, etc.? I'm super excited, and very grateful to everyone on this site for such great information and inspiring photos!

Welcome to the site.
A little over 2 weeks is not much time. Not sure if you have a VED but if you do and can start VED therapy right away. Just be careful. Some doctors do not like you to do this the week before surgery but I did with no trouble. If you have not lost any size due to ED then this is not an issue. But it dose help those of use that had size loss. https://augustams.com/how-to-use-a-peni ... -exercise/ That is some good info on the subject. This show the benefits that just a week or 2 can make. https://file.scirp.org/pdf/ASM_2013012514045982.pdf
Your doctors office should have some info sent to you. I was very worried about infection and did a lot of research. Try to get some Hibiclens soap. Dial soap will work and I use it every time I shower and before surgery I showered a second time with the Hibiclens. Another thing is bleach. If you take baths one well known doctor used have men soak in a bath with a cup of bleach for 30 minutes for the 3 days prior to surgery. I was not able to do that so the shower(s) and I bought new towels, socks, white cotton under ware, gray sweatpants, and t-shirt, I wash them in bleach and then put them in new zip lock baggies to keep them as clean as possible from the dryer. Then the morning of surgery took them out and put them on after my shower. I also use alcohol wipes after my shower to wipe down and dry between my legs. How much of that you want to do is up to you but comes from the research about Bleach and Alcohol killing some causes of infection better. Here is one doctors instructions: "In order to decrease the colony count of skin bacteria the skin must be washed with Hibiclens twice per day for three days prior to the penile implant procedure day. Also three days before the implant procedure inspect the penile and scrotal skin and if you notice any skin infections, boil, rash or open wound please report it by contacting the office." Just wear the same clothes home after surgery. You will be bandaged up anyway.
If you have someone to take care of you afterwards it will be easier. You need to stay as flat as possible for about 3 days afterwards. If you will be alone make meals in advanced and drink stuff also. Anti-inflammatory over the counter meds like Motrin if you can take it. Bacitracin ointment for wound care and 4x4 sterile pads. A jock strap. You can wash it with bleach like you did the other stuff. You will need ice packs. Try to remember is ask for them after surgery while you are in recovery. At home I picked up 1lb. bags of pinto beans. They hold cold and I put them in zip lock bags in my freezer. I had 3 bags to rotate. I used the hand towels I washed and baggied earlier to wrap around them for padding. They keep things dry and don't clump up like ice of frozen veggies. And you can eat them later. You can use a different dry bean if you like them better. Reading material or save up some binge watching.
Try to get into as good helth as you can. Not much time but manage any health condition you have and exercise as much as you can. It will help get you through the down time and help with healing.
Good luck and ask any questions you have.

I would tell your surgeon not to short change you. That you want exactly what mother nature gave you. And really now days they have special measuring devices to where they know what size of cylinders you will need and if the cylinders are a little on the short side, they can adjust the length with rte's.
Good luck and I know you will really like it. I have had implants now for around eighteen years. I have enjoyed them all, but the LGX is the best I have ever had. Great implant giving me length and girth. 5.7"G x 8"
