It's been about three months since I had the implant and just now getting it to work. I have some numbness over the past several weeks and really affects the feeling. Even to the point that it's hard to tell if I'm in her. The numbness is on the tip and end mostly.
Will this improve?

I do not believe the numbness at the tip at least is normal, you should check with your doctor. I am 8 weeks yesterday and have had great sensation at the tip and been able to ejaculate since about 2-3 weeks. I still have some numbness on the underside and sides at the bottom of the shaft and near the incision, but good feeling on the top 80%.
Age 54, venous leak and some scarring, tried daily/occasional Cialis for awhile then a few months various doses of tri/quad mix. Either helped and would produce 50-60%.erections, but never really full. Implanted 1/20/22 26cm” Titan- Dr. Hakky

My numbness went on for 12 months. It does get better but very, very slowly.

You probably lost your nerves that engorge your glans during the RP'. My glans was actually cold to touch and white. Nothing there. 4 years after RP a little life is showing up. If this is your condition, as your URO for some Trimix gel. Look for related topics on trimix gel. I was trying to impress my wife with my dick hard in my recliner yesterday.
