You are getting a lot of good advice from these guys -- I would echo the endorsement of Hakky -- I think only about $17K and younger -- he talks to you like one of the guys. And he also stressed the value of VED to me. I would have gone to him just as easily as I went to Eid, was just some logistical advantages of Eid.
Yes, even with Eid I lost some length and girth but am hoping to cycle/VED it back over time. Even if not, I am still night vs day better off :)
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I don't understand. A ved is a vacuum chamber. it would expand a penis on cadaver. Have you actually tried one? Cheaper models on amazon.

Have you gotten a surgeon’s opinion?

With some people including myself the spongy tissue (which contains smooth muscle cells) in the corpora cavernosa is permanently contracting. The contraction is stronger than the expansion force from the vacuum. I have the issue too, the vacuum just makes the skin around the corpora swell but the corpora themselves do not expand.

I agree with others here that when you have complete ED you have nothing to lose. I will be getting an implant in April. My HDR Brachytherapy (temporary seeds) left me COMPLETELY unable to get erections even with Super Trimix. I'm getting very excited to have this done. All I'm able to get is a bit bigger when I'm aroused or in the early mornings. Doppler showed venous leakage. I'll be so glad to get back to a normal sex life again with my wife!
58, implanted with 22 cm Titan (no RTE's) on April 1, 2022. Complete ED started after High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for prostate cancer. Tried everything else first but nothing worked. Wonderfully supportive wife!

time to get it done. Dr Karpman in the Bay Area of CA. $18,000.00. Hakey on east coast for 17,000.00. Both very good.

Hi folks,

I feel like my situation is similar to the author of this post. I can't get it up anymore and I feel almost no sensation. I guess I might have damage the nerves when masturbating or something similar. I can't even get an orgasm anymore.

With all that said, does it make any sense to go for the implant? I assume that if I don't have any sensation now, it would probably be worse with the implant, so the thing will end up being a decorative tool, not really usable for sex.

Thoughts are welcome.
