Have your sex drive and sensations returned after implant?

Many people whose ED causes loss of sensations (e.g. due to venous leak, which sometimes makes it hard to reach a full erection) report that their condition eventually leads to a loss of sex drive (since sex drive stems from sensations in penis). After you got your implant, do you think like your sex drive and sensations you feel are back to normal? Do you feel like they are back to prior to ED or before your ED caused these secondary effects?

Sex drive depends also by hormones and the state of your mind.
I may guess regained confidence may impact positively libido.

My libido has always been in overdrive. When ED started and I began using pills it was still in high drive. When pills failed so did my libido because it was ED starting again. Then with injections my libido went back up, until that method started to fail. That about killed my libido physically although mentally it was still high. After the implant my libido slowly increased month by month. By 6 months out it was almost back to overdrive.

I don't know if this is directly due to libido, but before my implant, if I got the "gift" of an erection there was a sense of, "use it, USE IT NOW; QUICK! before it melts"

Now that I have a reliable erection any time I want and erections are not a surprise any more, that sense of urgency is gone.

After years of ED and Peyronie's, I think I suppressed my libido, which was naturally quite strong. My testosterone levels (mid 700's) are, according to my doctor, very high for a man my age. I started fucking like a mad man the minute I got cleared for sex and haven't slowed down a year later! I'm horny constantly now. Having a reliable dick really changed my world. Sensitivity is slowly returning, and it's getting easier to orgasm. Life is good!

Any change about orgasming after implant?

For the first couple weeks I was basically anorgasmic but since then it has returned to normal, in-fact seemingly better than ever!

Both never went away. Waking up right after the operation, still half asleep, I noticed a pretty nurse standing nearby. I wanted to sleep with her because I felt my boner!

When sleeping with my gf first time after the op I was hardly in her when I came. So everything is fantastic.
