I agree with this you know who your real friends are and lovers are.. woman should(ideally) love the men and not what they have( real or not)... time to move on find someone else what is tinder(or any other app) there for... time to put your bionic to real use.. and when its time to settle find a woman who really loves you and loves what you have...

The thought in my head is that everything was going fine until she discovered something was “not right” and then she just left me. She doesn’t even acknowledge me now.

And that’s the only thing that makes sense to me.

Plenty of reasons a woman would "ghost" a man, even one she had slept with. Women are instrutable and there are probably more reasons that make no sense to their men than reasons that men can understand.

Absent a misunderstanding, a woman who would reject you for having a prosthetic (penis, leg, cochlear implant, pacemaker, whatever) is not one you want to keep long-term.

If with a misunderstanding, she ideally would have the emotional maturity to open a discussion with you to clear the air.

Now, if you have given her signals that you are not the kind of man who is accepting of such discussions, that is on you. Fix it.

You have mentioned previously that you are feeling depressed & your attendance at work is spotty. I would suggest that neither trait is considered desirable to most women. At least here, in America. Women are constantly complaining that it is difficult to find a dateable man that is employed. I'm inclined to think that fixing those two things would do a lot more to improve your dating experiences than focusing on your perceived implant problems.

I wasn’t depressed though. Dating that girl opened up a lot of insecurities that I have now that I’ve got an implant. I’m 33 years old worried that I have an implant, worried about my size loss, worried if I can satisfy, worried that I have zero sensation, worried that my glans does not engorge and my sex drive is non existent for my age.

I subconsciously compare myself to other men and I feel like I am less than them. I feel like literally every other man is better than me. And I wonder if, at this age a woman would even accept me the way I am if she found out I had an implant. And these are not things that a psychiatrist can help me with because who can ever accept that something is never going to change or improve?

The girl I am talking about has not spoken to me since and also avoids me but has not mentioned anything about my implant but I still for some reason believe that it must be that because nothing else makes sense as to why you would avoid someone that you previously made plans with and liked a lot.

It sounds like disesteem and anxiety / depression. I'm not saying it's something you can fix with a pill. A lot of psy drugs have adverse side effects which affect libido, eiaculation, orgasm, etc.
Btw try to find help. You're extremely judgmental toward yourself and unable to see anything positive. It's hard to chill out and connect with someone with that mood.

I felt so much better after I told them and now it is all good, I didn’t get any negative responses.

I appreciate your "openess". My wife and I also go to nudist camps and swing, although not much since the prostate surgery 4 years ago. I was wondering what the reactions would be and I can see people in the life style are exactly how you describe. I here implants are the male version of a "boob job". My wife has had breast implants for over 20 years. They look and feel great. I am scheduled for implant surgery on June 23rd and hope I receive the same reactions.
