Hey Team,
Loving this page and all the input everyone generously gives.
I am an active fighter who unfortunately has suffered from ED for over a decade (now 32).
2 urologist have both said "yes implant is the best thing for me" as we have exhausted all avenues.
My concern is, as a fighter if I was kicked in the groin would this destroy/damage the implant.
I'll obviously be wearing a cup permanently from here on out as a preventative measure.
Your input is greatly appreciated!

Re: Durability for fighting
Dr. Perito has specifically said he's implanted MMA fighters.
Born 1982. Implanted with Coloplast Titan 22cm in August 2021 by the great Dr. Perito in Miami. 6.125" BPEL, 5.25" EG. "It's the girth that gets her off."

You wear a cup? I wouldnt worry either way but definitely not with a cup.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Re: Durability for fighting
Your concern is valid. I have read several stories about implants being broken due to pelvic injury. It seems as though this is especially for bicyclists
52 year old man who has struggled with erections for years. Got implanted on May 27 after pills and injections stopped working.

I am implanted and I am an avid cyclist, I ride both moutain bikes (enduro and downhill) and road bicycles and I've never had any problem related to that.
Can you let me know where you read those stories, I'm interested about it.

I'm going to say that most likely those stories are urban legends. I can only think of 1 member that suspected that a horse ride damaged his implant. If those stories were true? They would be reported here as first hand experiences.

I don’t compete like you; but, I still train as time allows since being implanted and haven’t had any issues standing or on the ground. I’m hyper-aware of it and try to be very careful.

Re: Durability for fighting
Just curious if implant were to break so would the dick too right? Arent implants supposed to be more versatile and strong than natural penis? Is kicking in groin legal in MMA or any other sport or is it more like accident?

I have read the stories online and my doctor confirmed these stories. The issue has to do with the seat design. My doctor said that men should use a special seat if they are going to bicycle while being implanted.
