how long after penoscrotal surgery is sex painless?

I'm trying to get an idea on how much time it takes after a penoscrotal surgery and you are cleared for sex before sex is painless. I know everyone heals at a different rate and has a different pain tolerance, but I'm still curious about your experiences.

Just to be clear, I'm talking about the time you are given the green light to start until you no longer have any pain during sex, specifically for those who underwent penoscrotal surgery. Also, if you take/took over the counter pain medication before sex and its effectiveness in dulling the pain.

I was cleared for sex at 6 weeks. It was painless, and wonderful. Having a rigid hard on that didn't go away, hard for as long as I wanted, was quite an adjustment, in the best way! My only issue early on, was the ache in my glans after being fully inflated for an hour+, which went away.

Same here, about 6 weeks (+-). Saying that, after not having a ridged dick for many years, I started slow. By 10 weeks, f..ing like a bunny rabbit.

My doctor gave me the green light to have sex at eight weeks.

It took a little over two months after that for me to be pain free.

I am 3 months out. My surgery scar and scrotal skin still can be tinder. All pain associated with the procdure is minimal. When deflated I can feel the implant and it seems to fold or wrinkle. Rubbing my penis deflated can make my penis a little sore where the implant is rubbing.

Doc cleared me for sex at 5 1/2 weeks. I was still pretty sore but lubed up and had sex with the wife for the first time with my implant. Felt good during but after it made me hurt and I had to go sit in a hot bath for 30 minutes. By 8 weeks pain was minimal, by 4-5 months out no pain at all. Now it's like part of me, it works great like days of old.

Hi everyone,
I'm on my fourth day. I guess that's what I'm going through also. Even now its sore but okish. It's only too PAINFULL when I try to pump. Doc says "pump away" . Yeah right. So far I'm up to five pumps before I want to scream from the pain. I can't deal with pain pills so Tylenol just ain't cutting it. Any ideas?
