Scar tissue in scrotum

Hi guys. I’m 14 days post-op with a 22cm Titan Infrapubic. A scrotoplasty was performed same procedure. With my PA we discovered scar tissue while trying to get the pump lower in my scrotum. Anyone have an experience with scar tissue in your scrotum post-op. Thanks
69yo.RP2013.No ED prior to surgery.Post used V,C,TriMix.All w initial success then progressively less.Use Cialis now to maintain blood flow.Decided to pump prior to an IPP. IPP surgery on June 8, 2022. 22CM Titan. Dr. Symbas

'We've had guys with scrotal webbing before. Don't remember who but I don't think it's that rare.
LGX 18cm+3cmRTE 8 / 8/18 by Docs Saracino , Prody of FL Disfigured by Implant. Married 31 years, Functionally impotent 2+ years. 4" day of surgery now 7" inflated after VED 6.5" without. Pump moved 12/4/18 by Dr Kata
