I understand. I wouldn’t mind paying out of pocket.
How ever, my insurance is covering the actual implant procedure. Any idea how I’d go about hand picking my doctor and still having it covered? I’m assuming that’s a question for them, just thought I’d ask.

Not sure about that either, I paid for my implant 100% out of pocket so didn't have to use insurance. Hopefully others here will have a better answer

I have 24cm titan and by girth near base (not quite up against abdomen) is 6".

Like Wolfpacker discussed, there are a number of doctors, such as Dr. Hakky and Dr. Perito, which offer the girth enhancement injection. I might try this after my initial consultation with Hakky.

Hakky is one of top surgeons on this forum. I have no experience with him yet.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

The problem is that you'll probably never find a doctor who will do what you ask. So he's not going to inflate you during the 6 weeks of healing…….

…..Like most of us, you too will quickly forget what you wanted when you first use your new gift of erection on demand.
As for the first part, if I were to inflate prior to my doctor giving the “go ahead” could this be solved? I’m sure it’s painful, but I’m pretty sure I could push through knowing what I’d be losing if I didn’t.

As to the second part, I highly doubt it. I obviously can’t say for sure because I haven’t had the procedure done, but I have some issues with my Dick and I’d be willing to bet it all that I’d never be happy should I lose a noticeable amount lol
I’ve not had an implant but may be headed there….

But if you do things after surgery your doctor does not recommend you are venturing into dark potential dark territory. If you get a complication and they find out you have not been following medical advice you will most likely be on your own bearing all costs of the potential complications.

Perhaps you should seek another consult.

I agree. Definitely could cause some unwanted issues going against the doctors orders. I’m not really known to follow the rules though lol. I broke both my arms and the doctor cut my casts off way early to try and prevent me from working (went back to work the day I got the hard casts)

Whelp. Scheduled the surgery for the Titan Dec. 9th. Gonna bring in the new year with a new dick and hopefully no size loss.
