I am considering an implant? Anyone heard of any implant work by Dr. Andrew Kramer in Baltimore, Maryland? I’d like to know both the positives and negatives.

Hello Zumba,

I had my Titan implant placed by Dr Kramer Dec 19th, 2012. Dr Kramer is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and his bedside manners are impeccable. I researched long and hard before my implant. I received personalized care from him I could not receive from anyone else. His infection rate is well below 1%. If you are worried about length he is your man. I did not lose any length. In fact, it seems I actually gained some length. I t was definitely a life changer for me. I would give him two thumbs up. The major negative I have is that in the flaccid state I am much bigger and it can be a bit hard to conceal, but is that really a negative. Hope this helps.

If you use the search function in the implant forum, or the advanced search function, you will find several others who have used Dr Kramer. My best recall is that everyone who used him is happy, but a search will verify that. You can also try PMing some of the others that have used him.
