Had total nerving sparing RP 2/13....ended up being unilateral nerve sparing.....erections are harder to get since the surgery....4th week post RP I was able to get enough of an erection to have sex....that was on my second dose of 20mg of Cialis.....was great except for having a full erection....now after being on 20mg twice a week and using Osbon Erectaid Classic with rings I have been able to have sex once......not looking good.....anyways my main question is I would like to schedule implant surgery ASAP.....from all the reading I have done this will be only way I'm going to be happy...

Re: Implant Too Soon?
Barry,
I think you are getting a little ahead of yourself ... most URO's will tell you to wait longer than 3 months. I was told I had to wait 6 months. Have you considered Injections? Since you are able to at least get a reaction (erection) this may help jump start the process.

I'm looking at the odds of me being back to my normal self... went for total nerve sparing surgery and ended up with a Unilateral...before RP I had sex at least 5 times a week....now it is getting worse post surgery...been taking the pills 20mg of Cialis twice a week and using a VED...Osbon Erectaid Classic....I work for a small company....with Bama Care going in effect 1/2014....I doubt I will have medical insurance as of late this year...now I think I have coverage until then...It's like do it now or maybe never...
Re: Implant Too Soon?
Even if you plan to get an implant later this year, you might want to try injections in the meantime. Those nice, solid erections will not only stretch and rehab the penile tissue, you might also enjoy them.
