I have been implanted 8 weeks today and have been using it for 4-5 weeks. I went back to using a 5mg dose of Cialis to get glands engorgement or sometimes if I haven’t used it in a few days will dose a 10 mg of Cialis. Noticed a little better glands engorgement and the wife says it’s noticeable in shape of pumped up erection as it’s oval with no stimulation just pumping…. With lots of stimulation and Cialis it’s defmore round and glans are much firmer

cylinders when properly placed in the glans should lead to engorgement right? Also shouldn't blood be trapped in the penis when fully pumped or can it still leak?

Nuance…. No, cylinders don’t expand at the very tip, so no, I get no engorgement in the glans when pumped up unless it occurred naturally. I do use a 5mg Cialis daily to help engorgement, but again there needs to be some sexual stimulation or excitement for that to work.
The only blood that flows would be to the spongeosum and glans. After implant there is zero blood flow in the cavernosa. Most all Drs agree that if you got engorgement of the glans before implant you should get it afterwards. My personal experience was the first 4-6 weeks I got almost no engorgement and was getting concerned as I did get engorgement prior to implant, however the last few weeks I have noticed significant improvement of engorgement of the glans and spongeosum. Assuming I’m still healing and things are still working themselves out w my implant

Thanks for all the great replies. I’m hopeful like everyone else. Took a measurement today with a wooden ruler pushed against my pubic bone right above penis. When I got hard/semi hard it was just at 6 1/4” from base to tip. If it would be that or close post op/stiff, that would be incredible. Still anxious of course, initial visit next week.

Very true the cylinders do not engorge you at all. Even after nearly 4 years I still get very little engorgement.

If cylinders are placed correctly, glans may not engorge but the head is still stiff for penetration? I would imagine most people with ED won't have glans engorgement.

I get zero glans or shaft engorgement so I use my VED to engorge both and a ring to hold the blood in and it works great!

How do people get natural glans engorgement after being implanted? Isn't the issue with not being able to hold blood in penis and that's why they got the implant in the first place? The only ones I'd imagine that get natural glans engorgement are those who get erections but got an implant to fix PD.

I’ve wondered the same thing!I had a really bad leak for a long time!I get absolutely no engorgement at all.Of course with the implant I’m as hard as a steel rod and it works but I’m thicker and longer when engorged as you can see in the pic and I get a lot more sensitivity this way.My wife loves the added girth and length.The secret for me was finding the correct ring size that isn’t so tight that I loose sensitivity and I can still ejaculate without going retrograde!I use it for sex 100% of the time and have been doing so close to two years with no problems!
