Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I’m out of surgery and now home…think I moved onto the operating table at 8:30am. Perito was very pleased with the outcome, he even had someone from his office drive me back to my AirBnB. This guy is top notch…I will begin a new topic with my experience soon and I will be adding before and after pictures measured with a ruler as to help those who are still on the fence. My pain immediately after surgery was about a 6, but it’s gone down to about a 2 or 3 now. He told me he expects me to be fucking and back in the gym doing moderate exercise in 3 weeks. Ice ice ice all weekend

Soon2BeBionic congratulations, why did he advise you to put ice? I never heard the infrapubic put ice on, after what he told you you can have sex? I wish you a great and fast recovery

Absolutely use ice!Infrapubic is an incision that will swell like any incision!Ice the hell out of it!

It’s been about 50 hours since surgery and all is ok so far. My ball sac is the size of a grapefruit but other than that I feel fine. No real pain, able to walk around the house and sit in several positions. Been icing on and off for the last two days. I go in for my post op tomorrow and to get the drain out.

Yes, I’m told it was a 24cm titan with the bioflex (https://iu.coloplast.us/products/titan-penile-implants/). He didn’t say how inflated he left me, I plan to ask tomorrow, but if I had to guess, I would say only 50%. I’m able to bend any direction in my underwear without real discomfort.

Where exactly does the drain go? Also why is the scrotum the size of a grapefruit? With infra public, there's no incision in the scrotum, is it the pump that causes the swelling?

Thanks!! I can only assume the swelling is from my boys getting used to their new roommate - feels pretty crowded in there at the moment. Oh, and the drain is clipped to my underwear which has a bulb attached to it that fills with drained blood. When it fills up I just dump it in a cup then record the MLs emptied for my post op tomorrow. Over the course of the last two days, I had to empty it 8 times. Much more in the beginning. Doesn’t hurt, I can’t even feel it. My procedure was done in a surgery center and I was sent home about 2 hours after the procedure. If you stay in the hospital, you might not come home with a drain.

Is the drain collecting blood from the scrotum?
