Original implant was too short resulting in floppy glans. Revision surgeon recommended titan for girth purposes and I agreed.

Titan 20cm +2 rte Jul 2022

Ed since 2009, pills, injections both worked until they didn't.

Titan is known to be more rigid than AMS. At lengths up to 21cm, both models work as their rigidity is very enough for what they are made for. However, for longer ones, ie 24cm and 26cm Titan is a perfect fit. These cylinder lengths need more stiff material. AMS CX has 24cm as a special order, and Titan has them as regular lengths. AMS LGX is recommended for 18cm length as they expand, and the patient can get more length with continuous cycling.
