The bulge is witholding me, desperate

Already looking for years in to an implant. Seems to be the only solution left.
But all the posts about the bulge/semi-erect are witholding me. As a well endowned i already have a bulge, but isn't printing my penis and doesn't look like a hard-on. I can't imagine how it feels you can't hide a 'hard-on', especially as i have to wear sweatpants with tucked shirts on a daily basis in front of children.

Also i can't understand comments from guys like wear it with pride. How the h## can you wear a 'hardon' or a printed penis in front of children or in a non-sexual environment with pride? And yes, it's difficult from a woman showing the outlines of her boobs.

From what I’ve read, the semi erect look is not really a problem at all with AMS implants and with Titans it isn’t all that significant with bigger penises because the weight and length will naturally cause it to hang down.

I definitely wouldn’t let that concern hold you back from getting an implant because it most likely won’t be as bad as you fear it will be.

I get it. I also want to have a modest look. I’m not looking to be in the Mr. Stud contest, just would like to be able to be physically intimate with my wife again. I don’t need to impress people in the grocery store or to attract new women. “Hey, my eyes are up here”.

I had my Titan for 12 years before if quit working. As far as I was aware, nobody once ever noticed.

I’m just 7 weeks post surgery. I have the Titan. The flaccid is like having a rubber penis. I’ve been selective about the pants I wear to work; only my most relaxed fit khakis, so far. I’m getting used to it as time goes on. What has helped is wearing tight underwear that keeps the bulge in close. I would recommend going ahead and experiment with some new underwear now to see what you can find that is comfortable and removes all your current bulge. I think if you can do that you will be able to get the new look within reason. The new flaccid does want to “spring forward”, but it can be pulled in close. It’s just going to depend on what’s comfortable. Sometimes the flaccid will try to hang straight down the side of my leg and that looks worse than the increased bulge. I haven’t had a problem controlling that, but it requires some manipulation to get it back centered in my underwear; you need to have some privacy for that adjustment.

All in all, it’s absolutely a wonderful problem to have compared to your body not functioning properly! Try the underwear now.

No, that's not what I'm saying. In fact I can wear Levi jeans just fine, the bulge is bigger than it used to be but looks normal. What I'm saying is I have an athletic build; I'm very lean and have well defined glutes and quads. I've been aware of women checking out my butt for several years, which is nice. That also results in a perceptible package bulge that, per-surgery, looked (I'm assuming) good but not obnoxious. I wear Dockers khakis to work. I have two styles that I used to wear, one is tighter on my glutes and quads & package, and the other is a little looser. Right now I'm not wearing the tighter ones because I'm concerned that my package is too visible. Before the surgery, I ordered some relaxed fit Dockers because I thought I may have to wear those. They are just as tight in the crotch as the others so I'm not wearing them.

I've also experimented with different sizes of underwear, and a couple brands. I thought I would need a larger size of underwear to handle the increased size of the package; remember you're not only going to have a larger flaccid, but you're also going to have the pump in your scrotum. What I found was the smaller size of underwear holds / pulls everything in closer and works the best to conceal the bulge and any outline of your penis. Having a well defined pouch in your underwear will probably be helpful so your penis doesn't slip out and hang down the side of your leg! That's when, in my case, the outline of the penis, including gland, is most visible. I do have to adjust the package often to get it tucked down and pushed back a little so I don't look like I have an erection. There have been a few times while walking through the office that I felt like it was on display, and I just put one hand in my pocket and it took care of it until I could adjust. Another thing, while sitting in a chair at your desk you will probably find your pants tighten up. If that's the case now, it will be worse. You will need to consider that if you have people coming into your office to chat and they can see your crotch. When / if you lean back it is going to be noticeable. I had a guy come into my office a couple weeks ago, not thinking, I just leaned back and all the sudden he had something he had to go do. Not sure if he thought I had an erection or if it was even noticeable, but I thought about it and now I take steps to avoid that.

It's all doable, and you'll be fine. Think it through, it's a real thing. The answer is going to be with your cloths. Also, make sure you don't have to go back to work before you are able to deflate! And I would recommend giving yourself up to a week extra to get used to it. That's what I did and I was still self conscious when I had to go back to work, but it was good and I'm fine with it now. I've been back in the office for three weeks now and haven't had any uncomfortable issues; but I'm still aware of the fact that I have to manage it somewhat.

I was off for a shoulder surgery for 10 weeks and had my implant done on the 3rd week after shoulder surgery so I had 7 weeks under my belt before having to return to work. I have a Titan so yes it was a big adjustment learning to deal with a near full size dick in my pants where I had always been a grower. Think most of my perceived issues were just that…. Perceived. The first 3-5 weeks were the worst as at first I was pretty much firm from Dr and then as I began to cycle after 2-1/2 weeks I wasn’t able to get below probably 20-25%. I couldn’t deal with tight underwear at first so went with Seperatec brand underwear. They keep your junk separate and tend to hold it from moving around as it has a specific pouch for your penis.after 4 weeks I was able to get much more flattened out and deflated and only had to deal with the length mostly. I primarily wore sweat shorts like basketball shorts first 4 weeks and when I ventured out to shop and later to church on Sunday’s I wore relax fit lucky jeans which did a great job hiding your stuff when your up and walking. You learn to pull your pants down a bit as you set down so the don’t ride up and cause your stuff to show.now after almost 12 weeks I’m getting very used to it and don’t seem to bother me as much as before. Think it’s still the same hang it just that I’m getting used to it. If any initiates it’s on them for looking and then they woudyjust think I’m well indowed.no way anybody would think it’s hard as it hangs pretty much down and my actions are totally unaware of it .
