I have been implanted regicon malleable and i have more grith than before

And for the length its the same as before ... But during sex i am gaining about 2 more cm when orgasming

For the overall shape its tube shape not cylinder ... I am 5.2 inches with diameter implanted 13 mm

Tried sex once and it was awesome hence i am almost 4 weeks implanted it lasted about 1 hour and didn't ejaculate but used my hands to finish ejaculation... But pre op i was ejaculating after 10 mins and my dr told me that it will take a while for the nerves to be rebuild again and ejaculate normally

My wife felt the difference of the grith at first couple of mins it was a pain for her then she used for it then pleasure comes

For the underwear... Am feeling some itchies & pain from the glans and top of rod .. and have been told by my dr that it will disappear by time (patience)

Concealment is still difficult since i was grower not shower and i have to adapt with this fact in upcoming life

Bendability is good but not that good enough and my dr told me that it will be more bendable by time as regicon is much harder than other malleables but it takes more cycles to be less hard and it has a good memory to keep the bend angle as i want

Still nervous from the continues solid erection ... I have to get used with it
But the good news is its hard enough to penetrate a wall not only human being

Surgery costed me 60000 EGP (3150 USD) including scans before op and medicine after op

Excuse my weak english as i am arabic native

HEllo ED India, I found this informations/commentar under a malleable Video on youtube:

What can you say about that or others who has a malleable? Would be interesting

[i]Some harsh facts of malleable implants are

Eg.

Malleable implant can never be concealed, if u tuck in the shirt. But some doctor never say about this.

Malleable implant causes high erosion in corpora by 10 years, especially oversized shah prosthesis. But some doctor never say this.

You can't play any sports with malleable implant, very difficult. Some doctor hide this truth.

Can't do swimming with malleable implant. Doctor hide this truth.

Can't run with malleable implant. Doctor will not explain this.

Can't jog in malleable implant ( walking is possible, very slow jogging is possible, like a old man). But doctor will say, everything will be normal.

There are endless problems in concealability and other issues, it may even affect your career life.

Hence in USA or other countries malleable implants are not recommended.

Best implant of choice is 3 piece implant. But some indian doctor hide this truth as it is costly, middle income indian can't afford, so they promote Malleable implant, without telling it's drawback.

3 piece you can conceal well and play all kinds of sports, no erosion issues. In 3 piece incision in corpora is very small as one side there is only soft tube which can be easily placed without damaging corpora.

In USA use of malleable is discouraged because it causes erosion and penile implant comes out eventually and can't conceal it at all.

Note: There are some doctors who promote malleable implant in YouTube very well. In comment section you can fund only positive comments because If someone says truth about this malleable implant, they will be blocked, hence in YouTube comments u can find only positive review. hence more and more people gets into this trap of malleable Implant.

One more truth Indian doctor doesn't say is 2 piece also has concealability issues, as it is semi deflatable. It is not completely deflatable. Doctors in USA and around the world don't recommend 2 piece because of this reason, unless hernia patient.

Malleable are safer at 1, 5, 10 years follow up than IPPs. They have their cons but even with an extruson rate higher than IPP the likelihood of a revision is minor. And the surgery itself is relatively simpler.

Hello, yes I had read this comment too, he has a book too on Amazon. Few facts are partially correct, most are an exaggeration.

Yes, you will have problems concealing but there are work around. I wear a hernia belt around it to hide the erection. I usually tuck my shirt in at work.

I play all kinds of sports ranging from badminton, tennis, running cross fitness group classes etc.
I have to wear two underwears and have to come back home at the earliest to give it much needed relief from all the compression of two underwears, but it is possible to engage in all kinds of physical activity.

It is true an inflatable would be a much better choice than malleable in terms of daily life style ( no one wants to live with a permanent erection) but in countries like India where there is no insurance coverage for IPP, malleable implants do fit in budget of most common people. You need to make adjustments in your daily life but if implant is the only option to restore your sex life and IPP is out of your budget then there is still a place for malleable.

Hi Edindia,

Your topic is very informative. I am glad for you, you are happy with your implant.
Concealing is my main reason i don't have an implant yet b.c. i work with children.
Can you post a pic how you conceal with the hernia belt. I am not familiair with that.
I can't imagine why it would be easier to hide a Titan as it has also stiff rods.
1978, male Netherlands. ED due Propecia use. Currently using cialis.
Thinking about Penile Implant.

Hello EDIndia, one more question.

Are you know happy with your implant/decision? How is your life now? Hope much betterments!

Did something change in the sexual part, are every position possible? Does it feel now more natural or maybe a little follow up about your general life now and the sexual part.

Would you agree what Govinda Gupta say, if it comes to an malleable implant always choose indian?

Hope your so happy now that you dont have to stay here at franktalk any longer :D

Bye and thanks for your detail report here.

@edindia I will be going for the malleable. I want to know if the hardness is more than enough for smooth penetration? Also apart from girth, is the partner satisfaction good?
