Few questions, currently talking to Eid and Hakky for implant options. I am really worried about size getting small after surgery. Can I get my normal length and girth after surgery? I sure would hope I get some extra girth.

Also is it possible to do this with Mon to Fri 9 - 5 job? How many days should I take off?

Lastly, any regrets? I am at a stage where I sometimes get erection when stimulated (only when I masturbate frequently) and if I dont, it is just soft even with stimulation. Tried cialis and viagra. Viagra barely works and cialis feels like it works sometimes but mostly sesnation of blood gushing out which is offset by extra blood in by cialis. Injection i tried and will never do.

Do it, you will feel very vibrant and like a proud peacock after your implant. My male ego was shattered that I couldn’t perform in the bedroom. After my implant I wish I had an implant when I was 18. Take a week off dependent on your recovery that would be good. Remember ice, ice, ice afterwards. I used bags of frozen peas and corn as ice packs, they conform well and you can reuse them. Depending on your choice of implant you’ll probably gain girth and keep length. The way I look at the whole size before vs. after is if you have a 6 inch long dick that doesn’t work, what’s the disadvantage to having a dick 5.75inches that can go for hours? I’m getting ready to be totally revised because my first implant wasn’t right. Different dr. Who is one of the best and his comment to me was “we have to replace the entire thing but the good news is that you were undersized by the first dr. I took 3 weeks off, mostly because I had the leave time. I could have gone back to work after one week (albeit with some discomfort and inconvenience from being 75% erect). I probably would have asked for half-days for week #2.

Girth is kind of a crap shoot, but with any competent surgeon (absent complications like Payronie's Disease and such) you WILL HAVE the same length as your erection was capable of the day before surgery. Getting back to a length you had 10 years ago (if you lost length over that decade) could be problematic. But the implant (properly implanted) will fill out the inside of your penis (lengthways) just as effectively and fully as your natural tissues were able to with the best stimulation (physical or chemical) in the days before surgery.

Do not expect to achieve the same size as you could inside a vacuum erection device's chamber. The vacuum provides an extra boost in both length and girth.

I cannot express any authoritative opinion on restoration of penile girth with an implant. The Coloplast is said to be able to expand in girth whereas the AMS devices are made of a different material with does not expand out against the tunica walls as well. But I do not have a lot of definitive information on that.

SKing- your situation sounds exactly like mine. i waited almost 2 years debating it. i am now 2 months out and have alot of thoughts but here's something.---it gave me confidence that when the time does come (which for me my first will be tmrw night). youll have the confidence to know you will not fail.. before this, no way would i entertain meeting a gal knowing i probably would not be able to perform...that right there should be enough.
Oh, my girth is defiantly bigger than before. i may have lost a half an inch but i believe its slowly coming back...with advice and certain exercises I found on frank talk (love this site!). like most things, its not exacty what i thought however, it exceeds in other ways as well. good luck!!
