The 24th seems quite a while away given the nature of the problem.
How is the infection doing today?
I hope those antibiotics are kicking in and doing something. Especially in this heat, it's miserable enough, don't want to imagine what an infection would be like!
Best to you, Ian.

Re: My implant journey - a long running saga
I knew a guy from work. He got some kind of infection in 1 or both testicles. Swelled up pretty huge. Pain while walking. Never had any pelvic area surgery prior to this. It took several months to finally get it under control. His doctor wasn't overly concerned. I do not know if the doctor was any kind of specialist. Friend got to the point that he was almost willing to consider castration. Yes, it was almost that tough. He finally turned the corner on it & got better.
Infections can happen without surgery or an implant. I wish you the best of luck going forward.

Hi both.
The infection is visibly getting better. Sperm is back to its normal color so that makes me think that my doctor made the right diagnosis and treatment.
My testicle did swell up to twice normal size and it felt as though I'd been kicked in the family jewels.
Back to normal now but continuing all the treatment.

Started with Peyronies that resulted in a 90° angle.

Make sure you keep using those antibiotics until they are finished. Kill them all off. Don't want them to come back.

I give this a big yes. I'm not aware of many down sides with perhaps taking antibiotics too long. But a reoccurrence of an infection can be bad. Honestly, if there is any doubts about the infection being gone? I'd suggest asking for another weeks worth of pills. Better to be safe than.......
Be your own advocate.

Also, NOT finishing your antibiotics adds to the issue of the creation of super bugs, which we are now dealing with.

Are you happy with the rigidity of the LGX? is it true that sometimes it is a bit "wobbly"?
From 0 to 100 how satisfied would you say you are?
