I scheduled an implant with Dr Hakky in Nov (I wanted to get it done after my kids birthdays).

Although I scheduled the implant I am still on the fence. My wife is very against it and that is weighing on me.

I am a 60 yo gay white male in good health. After a disastrous episode with using Tri-Mix, My 10 hour erection rendered my penis totally non-functional. My only option was an implant. Dr. Stuart Boyd at USC Keck Medical Center in Los Angeles installed the AMS 700 implant. He was the very best penile implant surgeon in Southern California. Unfortunately he recently stopped practicing.

The implant does exactly what it is supposed to do. Pump it up and I have a solid 7.5" erection that will stay rock hard for as long as I like. One downfall is a loss of sensitivity of the penis head. Not a total loss mind you... but it is not as sensitive as it once was.

Later this week, I will make a short video of how I use the implant. Showing in detail the "pumping" action to make the penis hard and then how to deflate it to a more softer state.

I'm in Kansas and I am thinking about the implant. I had open heart surgery in Feb of this year, and I didn't have an issue getting an erection at all. I popped wood while in the hospital 3 days after surgery. I had a brief episode of Priapism in April that lasted for 35/40 minutes. Took a cold shower and applied ice like the articles all said, no problem. Then it happened again in July. This time it didn't go away no matter what I did. I finally got it fixed at the hospital, but it was like 8 hours later. I haven't been able to get and maintain an erection since, and when I do get one it's semi hard and can't do any damage. Saw my urologist and he placed me on a daily dosage of Cialis (5mg) because they don't know what caused the Priapism. I'm hoping that the Cialis works but even with it I haven't been able to achieve a solid erection.
