I always go with 100% during sex. Why not, right? For years my hard ons were pitiful. Now I want to give my wife the best I can every time.

The reservoir isn't a problem for me during sex. My wife rides me pretty hard when she's on top, and I have never felt it.

For penetrative, I inflate to the max, and it's like a steel rod, harder now than it ever was when I was a young buck. I prefer it slightly less hard, leaving it a little flexible for oral and jerking off, since I think that feels better. I am never aware of the reservoir. We each seem to find what works best, so will you when the time comes.

There's miles of feedback on those questions throughout FT, definitely spend some time keyword searching and just reading and reading. My short answers:

How hard? Harder than you can probably imagine. Akin to a steel girder. Utterly unyielding hardness.

Yes you can fine tune the hardness level. We've got our own # of pumps figured out for foreplay, oral, vaginal, and anal. Entirely adjustable either up (harder) or down (softer) depending on what you're doing and what you/she/he want.

Zero limitations on positions. If you feel the reservoir there's something amiss. We can get very aggressive with one another and in 3 years almost with my implant I've never once been even remotely aware of the reservoir. Zero limitations on how rough you can be, in our experience anyway. Your dick can get a little sore/tender at some point but honestly that point - for us, anyway - is so far out there it doesn't matter.
