Fluctuation in flaccid state

My flaccid state seems to fluctuate quite a lot during the day. Sometimes my stretched length is 6.2 inches other times just above 5… I’m concerned that this will pose problems when it comes to sizing at surgery.

Did anyone else have this problem?

Why worry about it, If you have a good doctor you will be fine, it will be what it will be, and it will be usable!

I worry about this too as my flaccid state rangers from buried penis to over 5.

The same thing happens to me, it depends on many factors, stress, cold, heat, my flaccid state can change by several centimeters between 7 and 12 centimeters, that is, a difference of 5 cm

Do you guys think it wuold be dangerous to take some cialis before the surgery in order to get blood flow going and relax the tissues?

The surgeon does not measure flaccid length to determine the proper size implant to use. They measure stretched penile length which is equivalent to erect length. That is the dimension that is relevant for sizing. Flaccid length does not enter in to the calculus.

I did not have that phenomenon I cannot contribute on that count. But I do know the flaccid length before surgery nor the stretched flacid length before surgery have no bearing on the size of implant that is proper for you.

Can you get an erection (by any means now? That would be a fair indicator of the penile size (not the implant size) you may expect if you have a good surgeon.

During surgery, the surgeon inserts a measuring tool into the incision and forces it up to the tip (distal tip) of of the inside of your penis and notes the distance. Then the surgeon inserts the tool into the pelvic crus (proximal end) and the distance noted. Adding the two measurments together gives the surgeon the length of the implant (as adjusted by the surgeon's experienced judgement). THIS IS THE ONLY MEASUREMENT THAT MATTERS.

The surgeon inserts the implant, reservoir and pump mechanism and (usually) inflates the implant and observes if there is any thing of concern to be addressed before finazing the surgery. Occasionally, if the implant is found to be too long or too short the implant can be partially removed for adjustment with RTE's or fully removed and a different size implant installed.

Your flaccid length has no bearing on any of the essential sizing dimensions.
