It's lessened, but still fantastic. Different, but exciting. I went into this assuming there would be changes in sensation and reconciling myself to accepting that, so I think a realistic mindset is really important here.

Just a personal observation, but I find notably more sensitivity throughout my dick (glans and shaft) at lower inflation levels. So she will take me in her mouth entirely uninflated sometimes and it's awesome. Play awhile. Then inflate a little (I might inflate, or she, in the right mood, decides to inflate me to the level she wants). Play more. Inflate a little more. Or not. Etc.
