The skin on the bottom side of my scrotum has turned dark. The bottom of my penis has also darkened. Down the length of my shaft. More so in one side. I have been told the skin on the penis darkens with more sexual activity.
Any thoughts

Re: Change in skin pigment after implant
I suffered a priapism a few years ago that resulted in scarring and discoloration of my penis. The skin/tissue of my penis now look similar to the limbs and feet of people diagnosed with periphal arterial disease.
I've seen a few other posts here from implantees mentioning post-implant discoloration. My guess is that the process of installing the implant damages the tissues/arteries of the penis resulting in a mild form of "peripheral arterial disease."
I also have a suspicion that many of the young men suffering from ED with Peyronies like symptoms (bending/hourglassing, pain after masturbating/sex, etc), but *without* palpable nodules, are really suffering from something like periphal arterial disease of the penis induced by trauma, or some other underlying condition, such as diabetes.

Re: Change in skin pigment after implant
I have also noticed a similar discoloration in the penis of a pornstar known to have had multiple implants. After each successive implantation, the skin of his penis seems to have progressively darkened in a manner similar to that of the limbs and feet of individuals suffering periphal arterial disease.
My guess is that it is due to the trauma inflicted on the tissues/arteries of the penis during installation of the implant.

More explicitly: I think that the process of dilating the corpora during surgery sometimes damages the arteries of the penis, resulting in discoloration similar to that associated with peripheral arterial disease.
Re: Change in skin pigment after implant
Mine did exactly the same discoloration.
However it's nearly all back to the same normal colour now (after about 6 months).

Started with Peyronies that resulted in a 90° angle.
