Mine was great (day6 post op)!! I guess maybe because I was backed up at least a week and i had extra sensitivity to the area made it a very powerful one! It was also very good news too as far as knowing everything was in good working order.

Before the implant my orgasm gave me a burning sensation from my scrotum to my arse that is after my prostatectomy.
Had orgasm after implant increased burning sensation i hope it goes away.

I had one 2 weeks to the day from my surgery, just touching myself a bit. I wasn't expecting it and was blown away by the sheer intensity and rapidity of it all.
