Surgery day this Tuesday! 4/10 NHS

Hi everyone
I'm in Nottingham City hospital Tuesday morning for my implant! My issues started around two and a half years ago now towards the end of my last relationship. I've never lost functionality completely but plenty of tmes it's been a little useless and there's some thickening at the bottom and narrowing at the top of my stuff not to mention a complete loss of night time erections.
I've jumped through all the hoops the NHS throw at you here in England, firstly I had to take 100mg of Sildanafil every other day for 6 Months (styling that out was awkward at times) and had to buy an expensive prescription VED which I hate. Next where the injection's, two types the first of which did nothing and the second was taken home on prescription as it did get me there so I had to go away and administer at least 8 before they'd accept my opinion on it.
I hated these intensely and made my feelings clear as soon as anyone would listen and after getting a little Mardy with being pushed aside often and a little complaint put in to the right people I got on the surgery list early on this year.
Now my surgery is finally here and I'm exited and a little worried, mainly because of catheters and drains ECT.
My surgeon is the only guy in the city that carries out the implant op despite there being many urologists in my hospital. He does two a month apparently every month and I'm obviously completely at his mercy so I'm hoping for the best. I think this is determined by the fact an AMS rep has to be present in theatre.
Doc says it's likely to be a 700CX as he mostly uses Titan's for guys with Peyronie's bending and the LGX for bigger guys ( I'm 6.5 to 7in long on a very good day)
Honestly want to thank all you guys especially the regulars and the British guys for all the input I've had access to since I joined around 20 months ago. So many questions and concerns have been squashed on here and it's been an invaluable friend to me as I've chosen to keep all this to myself apart from a couple of select mates.
I'll leave hospital the next day all being well and I've been told I'll be deflated before hand.
I'm convinced that this bold move will give me my confidence back as I've always been a really horny guy and choosing to spend this journey alone has been just that, lonely. I'm hoping before I know it I'll be back out there as I'm happier when I'm in a relationship.
I should probably say for the newer guys that may be reading this that my problems originate from 3 things in my opinion;

Abusing Viagra for 15 years plus recreationally when it wasn't needed.

The fact that my late father had quite bad Dupuytren's Constrictor in his hands and this has been proven to be related to Peyronie's

Hard sex.

I'm not much of a 'before and after guy' I'm not worried about losing a bit as they say and hopefully I can bring other guys a little peace along their journey.

I never needed pills but my Dad was diabetic and back then they handed them out like sweets on NHS prescription. Me and my old man figured there was money to be made and I started selling them to make us a little extra.
I realized that using them myself resulted in better sex that would last longer and I'd be walking around with a swollen dick for 24hours.
