In flaccid state, it is normal to have the cylinders not inside the glans. Mine is like that. When I inflate, they are midway in glans, still a kind of a grower. It is too early to judge.

when I am inflated the glans goes down as in the photo and the cylinders are even more evident.

I'm not as familiar with uncircumcised penises but it does not look to me like your glans is going down... I guess I just can't see your glans because of the foreskin

Dammit, I still believe Diego got a shitty procedure.
If no pre-existing issues prevent it, the tips should be right near the end of the glans.
It's even better when there is some discomfort when inflated.
That means you're receiving a mildly aggressive implant.

I know I'm over-simplifying things since I'm working with a sample size of one, but right off the bat, you should have close to your previous size. I did, right at first activation, and even have gained a cm without resorting to all the bullshit wait for it to grow tricks.

I also don't see the glans in the photo. Diego, how can you be inflated while the glans is covered with skin? You don't seem to be inflated, or really undersized.

This comment extremely useful to me. I suspect I am slightly undersized. Everything appears firm. However, whether I inflate to the max, or even slightly it all feels the same. People on this forum have spoken that if they inflate to the maximum, they feel a huge difference. Personally, no difference either way.

I'm convinced that as a result I have lost perhaps a centimeter or two in length. I've not tried it out just yet, but certain that I can have sex with it just fine. Therefore, I assume that I will not need to under the knife for revision again??

Assuming that you are now cycling for about a month or so, you can still rule out the possibility of undersizing. Dr. Clavell is a high-volume implanter and wouldn't make a mistake with measurements. In the first couple of months, there will be a kind of resistance for the expansion of cylinders towards the glans during cycling. Many of us were thinking that we are pumping to the maximum. I personally was, but I tried to put more and more pumps after 5 or more minutes, then I started to feel the stretching. The erection angle also improved. Try to inflate under a warm shower or bath and you will feel more stretching.

Just yesterday I was playing a computer game. Inflated it to max. Then after an hour of it being inflated I checked. I could pump it a bit more. Then every 30 minutes checked. Nope, it could not be pumped any more. That said, I felt no stretching at all. It looks fine. Just no stretching.

I know that it can go further. Will try it again tonight.

hmm if this is indeed the case then Hakky made a mistake. Guess not everyone is perfect. Id say continue to cycle. If you’re gonna get a revision then you could use traction device. The one with a vacuum cup not the clamp type. Or use a VED or both.

Good luck and keep us posted.

unfortunately I have no swollen photos otherwise it would be even more evident. I did not say that I am undersized on the length of the cylinders in the glans (but of the size in erection) however the problem is there! and before surgery I had a hard and solid glans ... which is covered by the skin means nothing, it can also enlarge when covered!

thanks, I hope everything works out well.
for now I cannot pedal because I am having a problem with my surgical wound and Hakki does not seem the best in this (he tells me I have to take antibiotics but he does not tell me the dosage and for how many days, he tells me that I have to clean the wound and not he tells me how to do it in short, if I don't ask him further questions, he doesn't go into it and given the delicacy of the thing, I'm speechless)
My glans worked before surgery, now it doesn't
pre operation I had the testicles in the right position, now I have a ball in front and one behind the poma, an absurd thing.

I'm not sure how relevant this might be to your situation, but thought I would mention it... might be something to ask the doc about. I've not had an implant yet, but have had one consultation with a urologist. When he stretched out my penis he pointed to where the cylinders would end in my penis and it was just below the glans, not into the glans. He stated that I may have an issue with a "glans hypermobility" because of this. When I asked him why the cylinders would not extend into the glans he said it was just my "anatomy", but he didn't explain further. We got sidetracked because I need to consult another surgeon about hernia surgery and if I go forward with the implant, the plan would be to do both at the same time. I return to the urologist next month after my appointment with the hernia surgeon so I plan to get more details then.

In the meantime, I did some online research into floppy glans and the causes and what individual anatomy might have to do with it. I finally found a presentation,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Lh7GIhZRG4, that addresses this.problem.... (mentioned at 15:51 in the video).

My takeaway from this is that not all floppy glans or glans hypermobility is caused by an undersized implant. The corpora in some men do not extend into the glans or don't extend very far, thus the cylinders will not extend into the glans. I'm not sure how my surgeon could tell that by just looking at my dick, but he does a lot of implants and has a very good reputation. My next visit I plan ask many more questions about this. The video also talks about a solution to this problem called "glanspexy". I could not find much information on this, but it sounds like it can be done at the time of the implant or later.

Bottom line, don't assume a floppy glans is from an undersized implant. I'll post more about this after my next appointment, after I've got the scoop from the doc.
