Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

I think you are doing the right thing, I'm about 4 1/2 weeks out and have no regrets, can't wait for the Dr. to cut me loose.

Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

67 yrs old, married ro my beautiful wife for 43 years..oral meds did the job beginning at 58 until undergoing RPS at age 64, Trimix worked until it didn't. Implanted with 20cm Titan (no RTEs) by Dr Levine on 3/18/24

I am steaming mad and pissed. It is the Sunday night before I am supposed to have implant surgery. Waiting and waiting for the day before call to go through the procedures and provide the time for surgery and when I should show up.
No call arrives. I call at about 4:30pm and leave a message. I leave a second message at 6pm.
I get a call back about 45 minutes ago. They don't have me on the schedule for surgery tomorrow.
I ask how that is possible? I made the appointment on August 2nd. They contacted my insurer for approval and obtained it. They called me end of September wondering when I was having my pre-op clearance appointment. I told them October 5th. I called them October 6th to confirm they had the paperwork from my internist. They confirmed they did but had not reviewed it. I called again October 17th and asked again about the paperwork. This time they confirmed they had it, reviewed it, it looked good and they sent it over to the surgical center. I asked when would I hear from them about surgery time? They said the surgery center would call the day before - Sunday, October 23rd. Oh, and they e-mailed me to complete a link with my surgical history as well which I completed.
Just had a second call with the nurse. Call back in the morning at 8 am.
This is a world-class surgeon? (Levine?)

Oh, jeez. Sorry, this is happening. Let them straighten it out. It'll get fixed, I'm sure.

Oh man, I can't believe it..........sorry to hear about that. I am sure it will get resolved soon.
57 y/o married. Ed for 20 years, limited success with Viagra, Bimix and finally Trimix. Titan 22 cm implanted with Dr. Clavell 12/14/22.
